1996 Capital Bromley was setup by experienced estate agent Robert Tancred (MNAEA)
2004 Capital won Silver for ‘South East Estate Agent of The Year’ by the Evening Standard
2005 Capital won Gold for ‘South East Letting Agent of The Year’ by the Evening Standard
2006 Capital Sidcup was opened by Richard Turell (FNAEA). Richard has over 25yrs experience and is currently serving his 4th term as Chairman for The West Kent Branch of The National Association of Estate Agents.
2007 Capital Overseas was born.
We are members of the National Association of Estate Agents, which ensures all owners that we are bound by the terms laid down by the Association. With many years of experience in residential sales, lettings and property management, we can offer sound qualified advice. We also offer probably the best buy-to-let service you will find. All members of staff across all three divisions regularly attend training courses, enabling us to keep up to date with any new legislation and requirements concerning the letting and sales business.
